Alexander “Alex” Gersh M.A. CCC-SLP is an ASHA-certified (#14064859) and California licensed (#23805) speech language pathologist specializing in early intervention and neurodivergence. With over a decade of experience working with young children, Alex’s versatility and knowledge foster successful care, especially for those with complex needs.   His sense of humor and creativity keep each session fun and engaging while delivering effective treatment.

Alex’s familiarity with differences in communication styles and play patterns allow him to easily and quickly build connection and rapport. He is passionate about helping caregivers better understand how to support and deepen connections with their children.

Alex lives in San Diego with his husband and pet cat, Lyra and when he’s not in session, he can be found swimming, hiking and playing board games.
